Join the Sports Equality Foundation in Las Vegas for an unforgettable gathering of LGBTQ+ sports leaders, advocates, and allies. The event kicks off with the highly anticipated LGBTQ Sports Hall of Fame Dinner & Induction Ceremony, honoring trailblazers who have shaped LGBTQ+ sports history.
The Sports Equality Foundation has a limited room block for booking in partnership with Park MGM. Rooms dates available are: Sunday, August 10th / Monday, August 11th / Tuesday, August 12th, with a nightly rate of $119.00.
LGBTQ Sports Hall of Fame Event Registration Cancellation
• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 15 business days in advance receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 business days in advance are non-refundable.
Hotel Room Cancellations
• Hotel cancellations made on or after August 5, 2025, at 6 PM PT are subject to a charge of one night plus applicable taxes.
• Hotel cancellations made prior to August 5, 2025, at 6 PM PT receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee.
